Entertainment reporter Thea Neal lists her five favorite things this week in pop culture and discusses why you should check them out.

1. Pandora.com

Pandora combines two of the world's best things: Good music and free music. The Web site is a hip place to discover new artists (and listen to the ones you already dig) by typing in a musician you're fond of and then generating a neverending playlist of music that sounds similar. Personal favorite? Type in: Lily Allen.

2. Ghost Ridin' Grandma video on YouTube.com

Think your grandparents are cool? You haven't seen cool until you watch this jolly couple ghost ride their whip (a bright yellow Scion, at that) down the street. Feeding the birds is for young people.

3. Rilo Kiley's "Moneymaker"

The indie-favorite's latest song, "Moneymaker" tells the tale of the porn industry. The song feels like Yeah Yeah Yeahs on steroids - plus the video has real-life porn stars. Not bad for a group of former child actors.

4. "Rock of Love"

If you missed last week's debut of the VH1 reality show "Rock of Love," starring Poison frontman Bret Michaels, make sure to watch one of the copious reruns that will likely air at least three times today. Watch wannabe Playmates, hillbillies and drunks vie for the attention of a burned-out rock star. Besides, how can you not like a show that provides great insults like, "your meth-scratched face."

5. Victoria Beckham

Sure, her show bombed in ratings, but Posh Spice is actually pretty hilarious. She makes you want to talk with a British accent, wear high heels while playing baseball and get tipsy with Botox-loving socialites (or maybe that's just me). With Posh and Harry Potter in our faces, English is the new awesome.
