Famous breadsticks worth price

Pokey Stix — what a concept!

Though I try not to overindulge in a box of the baked-to-perfection sticks too often, for the sake of my own health, I cherish the time I spend with my favorite Gumby’s Pizza classic.

However, I do have one problem. Why does Gumby’s Pizza, 311 W. Grand River Ave., need to charge extra for every sauce you order? Sure, the majority of college students have a bottle of ranch on call in the fridge, but why should those of us who don’t, have to pay the extra quarter for it? I know it’s not a big price to pay for dipping sauce, but it all adds up. Despite the extra charge, I will continue to order my Pokey Stix, as will the rest of MSU students, because they are just that good.

I would recommend placing an order on Tuesday when Pokey Stix are buy one get one free. Just make sure to order early if you’re planning on getting a delivery. They are called “Pokey” Stix for a reason. Not the reason you’re thinking, but a reason nonetheless.

I don’t think he was bashing the stix, just the fact that this girl is dumb. This article is just poorly written, like all of her other ones.

Gumby’s pizza is friggin’ disgusting. The Pokey Sticks are average at best, but their pizza is some of the worst trash I’ve ever eaten.

Vomitriffic.

“not bashing the stix”, you are a dumbass. this isn’t an article, it’s a blog. it doesn’t need to have quotes, or be a lengthy story, or anything of that nature. it’s a BLOG. if it’s poorly written ‘like all her other ones’, why do you keep reading it?

It’s entertaining to see the writer “inform” the student body about restaurants and food we already know about.

If you can find me one Spartan who’s been on campus for more than a month that hasn’t heard of Pokey Sticks I’ll buy you some Pokey Sticks.
