Madonna skips home state on world tour

Madonna has come back on the music scene this summer in a big way.

Most of her fans are excited, but some fans in Michigan are frustrated.

She has a No. 1 single and album already this year, and it is clear that she is still on top of her game, so what is next for the Material Girl?

A major world tour, of course.

Unfortunately, this is where things get frustrating.

Madonna has set her dates in the U.S., but don’t expect her to do a show in Michigan.

Madonna was born and raised in Michigan, but she’s got no hometown love because there is no show scheduled for the state.

Madonna has left Michigan off her tour dates for her past couple tours, and the closest place to see her is Chicago.

Normally, artists look forward to playing for their hometown crowd and it’s evident that it’s the one of the most satisfying stops on their tour. It’s not so for Madonna.

She must be taking that fake British accent too seriously.
