'Sisterhood' sequel to screen Friday
Last spring semester, my roommate and I watched “The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants,” the 2005 movie about a group of friends who pass around a pair of jeans while their lives take them to different places.
Afterward, we were inspired to find our own pair of pants that we could send back and forth over the summer. Sadly, we failed.
We decided and promised that we wouldn’t see the sequel, “The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2,” when it came to theaters without the other person, but we failed again.
That’s why we will be having quality roommate time when we see the movie at Conrad Auditorium on Friday at 8 p.m. Even if we somehow don’t manage to make it to the showing, we can always rent it when the movie goes to DVD on Nov. 18.
