The latest in the Bond series, “Quantum of Solace,” which premiered Friday, doesn’t blow the viewer away like the 2006 “Casino Royale” did, but it certainly wasn’t a bore. The film, which takes place moments after “Casino Royale” ends, doesn’t waste any time diving into a high-action car chase to set the pace.
